Had an appointment for a morning oil change. Was in and out quickly. Mike went out of his way to order a part for my bumper, I had asked about as it had fallen off. I asked him a couple questions about features on my car as I’m still getting used to it. Always a positive experience!

You can trust in your service and the integrity of the people. When I call Mike the service rep, he is always truthful in explaining what I need for my vehicle. There has never been false claims for unnecessary repairs. I have two vehicles and I travel often. My cars are always ready to go and that’s a big part of that TRUST.

This was my first visit to Metric. I appreciated the waiting room comfy chairs. My car was done quickly yet I was offered a loaner.

Outstanding service and reliability
Battery warning light came on right after I had the battery replaced at my dealer, heater stopped working, engine smelled, and then my power steering went out while I was driving in to have Metric take a look. Metric got me in right away, quickly assessed the situation, then replaced my water pump and drive belt. They are a class act! Grateful!
