Vehicle smog
I have been going to metric motors for years now. They have the nicest people and are extremely quick with their smog service. I always forget to call and make an appointment, but everytime I've walked in without one they have managed to get my vehicles smogged within hours.

Reliability
This last week I was driving to Chico with my daughter for a dental appointment. While on I5 just south of Anderson our van perked very hard and lights went on.
We were able to turn around in Cottonwood and just barely role into Metric Motors.
I explained to Jeff what the problem was and he expedited the repair.
Not only was the van fixed on the day I was told but he also gave me bids on a few things I wanted to address in the future.
Although we just rolled in that day it was not just luck, we have been using Metric Motors all 25 years of our marriage, and my wife and her mother were using them for years prior to our relationship.
Jeff and his team are both Honest and Prompt.
We will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Best service in town
Metric Motors is the best shop all around. My car had some break issues while I was in Redding so I stupidly stopped in to Midas they told me my car was too dangerous to drive and quoted my a ridiculous over $2000 quote. I told them not to do the work after talking to the amazing folks at Metric. My car was safe to drive I took it to Metric and they fixed it for half of what Midas said. I 200% recommend you go see Ed Lisa Sam and Jeff they are the best. I take all my cars there
