VERY POOR SERVICE FROM MGM AUTO REPAIR
Called and ask about repairing brakes on my vehicle and asked if they could get it done on 12 August 2024 if I got it to them ASAP. They said they would. MGM Auto could not provide status after 4 hours which was unacceptable since I was traveling. This is the only vehicle I have, so I needed to arrange for assistance. The only info I received was that they had not checked it out. The job only requires about 3 hours max from diagnosis of the issue to final repair even though their book may indicate more time. Failure to provide status after 4 hours is unacceptable, especially if they said they would have it completed before 5 pm, since it would take me 20 minutes plus, to pick it up. This also is unacceptable. Therefore based on my experience I would never do business with MGM. BTW I got my truck repaired in less than 4 hours after dropping it off at another auto repair shop. I will not do business with MGM in the future.

Front End Noise
Car drives and ride is like new car. Front end Struts and sway bars. Price was Good and so pleased with MGM. Job done earlier then expected. Always Treated Very Well.

Customer Evaluation
MGM is the kind of company that starts with the most expensive part and the next most expensive, and the next most expensive until they get downstream and find that it's a $1.50 hose and you are left with a $1000 bill. I don't know if they're incompetent or lazy or have to do business that way to keep their company afloat. When you walk into their smoky little office and you try to hold your breath and do business with them too. And when you are walking away, you feel violated because it was a 10-cent part and you replaced everything upstream to the tune of $1000. And you say, "well, he got me again." You realize that he bought that company three years ago and he's got to pay for it somehow. I would not do any more business with MGM.

Worst experience in Customer Service
Literally the lady speaking to the customer service she's a bi... I have never seen a unmannered and full of attitude woman in my life. She's running Mitch's business obviously. He's very helpful and courteous to his work and very informative and refillable. But the lady on the customer service she not just misbehave with customers but she over charge them and don't even remember her own appointments this was the third time she misbehave over the phone and talks very bad. This is my personal experience to MGM so I'm sharing with you beware from this lady.

NEVER RENT A UHAUL FROM MGM AUTO , STICK TO MECHANIC WORK. NOT RENTING SALES, SO MANY UNEXPLAINED, UNEDUCATED DETAILS OF RENTING A UHAUL FROM MGM AUTO THAT WILL COST YOU UNEXPECTED CHARGES, AND SCAM YOU SAYING YOU DIDNT PUT GAS IN IT AND CHARGING YOU AFTER YOU DID PUT GAS IN IT???!!! BEWARE SCAM ALERT!

Best auto service ever.
We have been going to MGM for years. Mitch, Peggy,April, and mechanics are the best. They go beyond what is expected of the service you ask for. They are the most honest people I have ever come to know especially when it comes to car repairs. Truthful in what your vehicle needs and has never told us we need extras done. we appreciate Mitch more than he knows.

Great work as usual
I've had MGM auto do a lot of work for me over the years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Work is always done properly and in a timely fashion. A huge plus is knowing I can trust their work and what they tell me.
