Good service, bad automated phone attendant
Service was fine, getting to talk to a person, almost impossible. If you call and don’t get a live person and leave a message, the system knows your number, and knows you left a message, so it doesn’t put your call through. Had to use my wife’s phone to get a live person. And yes, I sent some texts, that didn’t work either.

First oil change.
I bought a new Tundra. It was time for my first oil change. I made an appointment and dropped off my truck the night prior. I was asked what time I needed my truck back the following day, say what? I have never been asked when I wanted any vehicle back in all my years while in service. Anyhow, it was ready the next day at the specified time. Oil changed, fluids topped off, and a run through of all the systems checked. Overall a great experience.
