Demonstrated honesty and good workmanship.
My wife's car had an exhaust leak. I called to schedule a time to bring it in and was given an appointment date and time. I arrived a little early but they took me right in, examined the source of the leak and gave me an estimate, which I considered to be reasonable. The final bill was about 30% less than the estimated cost. They were very pleasant and honest.

They got me in the same day and replaced my tire.
I am happy with the tire however I did need to go to another shop and get the air pressure adjusted.
