A very happy customer
I was extremely happy with my service. From the first call the reps were extremely compassionate and made the process easy for me to get started. Once my car was dropped off and repairs were started I received ample updates and even a call with an updated price for the repairs. I would highly recommend this collision center.

Job "Well Done"!
Great and talented technical and administrative staff! They made it easy to work with my insurance company by involving them in the cost estimates and navigating the ongoing saga of what goes on between insurance companies trying to save a buck and the representation of a customer working to get a car fixed. Kudos to this Team... They represent Mike Johnson's Toyota very well.

Painless process
Everyone was kind and courteous, and kept me informed along the way. Everything was smooth, from getting a rental car to communicating with the insurance adjuster. Great work and definitely recommend if you have a Toyota.

Broken mirror guy
These folks were compassionate, understood my need for a quick replacement for my broken mirror. They had one next day and installed it quickly. Great team from the front desk to the mechanics that fixed sequoia.

Awesome service!
Emily and Tammy are amazing! They are an asset to your collision center. We had a very difficult situation, but they kept on the person responsible. Even though the “responsible party” never responded back they kept me informed. I appreciated their efforts and constant communication with me. Also, the gentleman in repairs was very friendly when he called to inform me of the type of repairs and the cost.
