Multi repairs
I was told by another mechanic that we needed to replace the thermostat in my car and wasn’t really happy with the estimate that he gave. So when a friend recommended Mike’s, I thought what can it hurt to get a second opinion. We long story short I’m so happy that we stopped. New battery, thermostat and brakes and I couldn’t be happier. Fast and very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Done well and within stated time frame
Mike did a great job on replacing the bearings even with them being difficult to remove due to some rust. The car drives well now without the bearing noise.

Mike and Amy are a dynamic duo. Amy set up my appointment, answered all my questions in person patiently, and expedited my part order with remarkable efficiency. Now Mike the mechanic, a true lifesaver, swiftly diagnosed the grinding noise, procured the necessary part in under 20 minutes, and completed the job in a staggering 45 minutes, exceeding expectations. Never have I had the pleasure of experiencing such an extraordinary shop experience and witnessing a mechanic work with such remarkable speed and precision. Truly exceptional workmanship, outstanding prices, and genuinely friendly service. The fact that they took the time to show me the damage before and after the repair only adds to their exceptional service.

Saving grace!
My daughter is a student in St. Pete and her car broke down. I live in Oklahoma. I called so many shops asking for quotes. It wasn’t until I reached Amy at Mike’s Expert Auto Care that I felt as ease. Amy and Mike both listened to my concerns and were happy to help in any way possible. It was so nice to be able to feel comfort and know that my daughter’s car was being taken care of and we weren’t being ripped off. It was super stressful trying to coordinate the repairs from 1000 miles away but Amy and Mike made the process so much easier and less stressful. We will definitely continue to use them for any future needs. I will also recommend them to other college kids in the area who might be in the same situation we were.
