Oil change and brake pads
I just happened to pass by and decided to turn in to get an oil change. The nice man that changed the oil showed me the brake pads were thin and fixed it all up. The manager was kind and the price was right. I’d go again.

Great service as always
Called Mike's Great Bear with no notice to get two new tires. Got in immediately, had the tires put on and I was on my way to work quickly. They always take great care of me and my vehicle.

Very Disappointed!!
I spent $1700 under the assumption that my vehicle was going to be repaired. When I left, it was dong the exact same thing that I brought it in for. Can't help but think the issue was misdiagnosed?

Dishonest and dissatisfied
I selected this shop because it was AAA authorized and had positive reviews. However, my experience was the complete opposite of the reviews, a total turnaround. My car was towed there due to stalling issues, and even after nearly $1000 in repairs, the problem persisted. After being informed that the suspected cause was attributed to something else, I asked for the diagnostic report. It was not provided. Jose, the manager, claimed there was no printer available. When I requested the report be emailed, he said that was not possible either. However, when it was time to settle the bill, he was able to provide a printed invoice on 8 1/2 x 11 paper.
I was forced to have my car towed back home, leaving me completely dissatisfied.
