Great Auto Body Shop Danbury, CT.
Great Service from the moment I dropped off my car for repair, excellent communication via phone and text updates. Communication with the insurance carrier was first rate. The office personnel were excellent and very knowledgeable. My car was there waiting for me when I picked it washed and clean!

A gem in Danbury!
This place is the best body shop that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have always been disappointed with the color match of other shops, but not so with Mike's. Mike has an all-star team behind his name and I would recommend him, very highly!

Excellent service and communication
Everything about my experience with Mike’s Towing & Collision Center was first rate, from the scheduling, to the ongoing communication, the quality of repairs, the time it took, the arrangements for a rental, the comprehensive explanation of all that was done. The people there are all friendly and easy to work with. So glad that the insurance company recommended them.

Friendly staff and excellent work as always
This isn't my first time using Mike's Towing & Collision. They are great to work with and the results speak for themselves. I will be back again! (hopefully not too soon :))

Mike’s did a tremendous job on the repairs
Mike’s did a thorough job at drop off understanding and documenting the full extent off the impact and damage, They updated and communicated throughout the repair process and delivered the car when scheduled. The car looks, drives and rides better than I expected. I highly recommend them.

Great repair job
The quality of the repair was excellent and I found Liz was very helpful in keeping me up to date on what the time frame would be for my car to be completed. Receiving the parts to replace the damaged items took a little longer than expected but what a great job they did.

Easy Process
The ease of the process is much appreciated at a time when everything is complicated. Collided with a deer, got an appointment the next day authorized through my insurance, picked up my rental when I dropped off my car. I got text alerts with updates, picked up my car, returned the rental, done. James and Liz were friendly and helpful too.

Great repair job car looks wonderful!
The quality of the repair was excellent and I found Liz was very helpful in keeping me up to date on what the time frame would be for my car to be completed. The shop is/was restricted by their ability to get parts to replace the damaged items so it took a little longer than expected but what a great job they did.

Great repair job
Mike's process is very professional from start to finish. The quality of the repair was excellent and they even touched up paint chips elsewhere on the car at no extra charge.

Great customer service and repair!
They gave daily text message updates to let me know how the repair is going. They did a great job and my repair was completed within a day of the original estimate! I will definitely recommend Mike's to all my friends and family!

I think they did a wonderful job and my car looks like new, it took a bit longer than I thought but overall the outcome was excellent!
