Verified CustomerHi Keegan, I reached out to you by phone and did not receive a phone call back. We were looking to clear up the confusion on what your charges were for. When you reached out to us, you requested us to look into what you suspect is a electrical issue on several issues. You also expressed your displeasure with other shops. For clarity, we agreed to diagnose all of the electrical concerns you had. While doing so we identified all of the issues and documented those on your invoice. We charged you for the electrical diagnoses for the 3 concerns you had. We replaced 2 bulbs for no labor since we had access to them while testing. We did charge you 9.78 for both bulbs. So we will have to respectfully disagree with your prospective of "total scam". Secondly, and I speak for everyone up here. We would never guarantee you same day service on multiple electrical issues that other shops couldn't figure out.
