My husband has been using Morris Plains Automotive for years and always gave me a hard time about still taking my car to the dealer. I had my car schedule for a routine oil change at the dealer and they informed me I needed about $2,400 of additional work,- brakes, rotators, throttle body, oil leak and every filter imaginable was needed ti be replaced. I had them return the car, declined all work but the oil change and called MPA. I expected to leave a message but someone picked right up. I dropped my car off and 3 and received a call by end of day that the only essential things were brake pads and rotors. All the other stuff the dealer said I needed didn’t check in out. My car was ready by 11 am the next day. I am proud to say I will now be a lifelong customer. Quality service, honest, fast, fair pricing! Thank you MPA
