Great experience
Very happy with my 2024 Highlander purchase. I saw the one I wanted and Jesus made the process very easy. The facility was clean and so was the kids area. Everyone was warm and welcoming and they had all my girls hit the gong once we reached an agreement. Will definitely purchase from them in the future. Thank you!

don't really want to go into specifics but I would like to add to the warnings to not go into this dealership in Moreno valley. I have had some upsetting experiences at most Toyota dealerships but I really felt taken advantage of. Also had the warranty expense pushed over on me and despite calling several dealerships including this one I never got my refund checks on my trade in. a vehicle I didn't want or need was forced on me and put me in a bad should I say dangerous situation. management does not properly train their associates to respect their customers, know what proper communication is, and to make their visitors feel safe. it is a very chaotic environment there. no matter what statement you go in with to protect yourself such as you're only looking or are not ready to buy yet, its not respected. we missed our whole day we had full of appointments and our own schedule; kept being told it would only be another 10 minutes but it was a clown show, extended. if we ever trade in our car again it will not be with toyota. we've had enough. do not let any associates at this location look at your financial records. they ran several major hard credit checks and hit us with some very high numbers. if you are a single woman please bring a friend with you! also can understand why Toyota continues to send out notices on vehicles that a consumer no longer has. extremely disorganized. whoever pressured me it made me feel so lousy try to get me to hit a gong and I have a physical disability and cannot do something like that. very much unappreciated. please start correcting your errors, Toyota/Moss, train your associates to behave kindly in a way that doesn't drive away business and create problems, and stop compelling consumers to make impulsive regrettable decisions. who the hell can drive anymore nowadays with gas prices being so high? was told several lies and run around over the phone, not worth stopping in there

Amazing service
I want to start by saying, if you're looking to trade in or buy new this is the dealership to go to! We were due to go to the Hemet location we had an appointment, showed up waited 20 minutes, and got no service whatsoever. Went to THIS location and had the best experience yet so far with buying a vehicle! I want to shout out Amanda in finance ‐ she was super sweet & fast! Also went above and beyond to help us and threw in some extras for us! Anthony in sales was super honest and helpful in finding us what we wanted he kept it 100% honest the whole time and didn't waste our time! Tommy was who greeted us when we got there and was with us till we closed the deal! He was super funny, kept us informed when we wanted information he didn't BS us he kept it ? the whole time, kept us within our budget, and still made sure we got a bomb deal! We didn't wait whatsoever, he was fast and efficient, he was also very honest & much more than helpful he made sure he showed us exactly what we wanted and didn't try to push us in a different way he made sure we were more than happy with our pick and told us from the jump that his goal was to get us into the car we wanted and he did that PLUS he was very patient with us especially since I had to leave halfway thru and my husband finished which Amanda did amazing by helping him do the paperwork and them making it possible for me to sign later that night! Brett the manager was fantastic super energetic, and went above and beyond for my husband! Even tho it got late his energy was very uplifting and joyful! This team took care of us! We can't say enough how happy we are with everyone here for taking care of us, and getting us into the car we wanted, and making it possible to do our trade-in! Definitely recommend Tommy & the team here at this location!

BEWARE- Do NOT Buy A Car Here
Saying that my recent visit(s) to Moss Bros Toyota was absolutely terrible would be an understatement. I have never had such a an awful car buying experience and anyone even considering to buy a car here... Do yourself a favor and just DON’T. I originally bought a new Corolla hybrid here (with over $10k+ in markups and optional things added that I specifically asked not to be) but it was all good…. Until ten days later I received a letter stating that my contract was canceled by Moss Bros. and to return the car back to the dealership immediately. Which is all fine and this is within the dealership’s right to do (10 day rule). So, I called John Smith (finance manager) to ask when I should return my newly purchased car and, of course, he began attempting to talk me into signing a new contract (which ultimately would have higher interest/price). What is NOT okay is that when I refused the idea of signing on any new terms, Mr. John Smith’s tone flipped to so condescending, rude and just nasty. It really confirmed that I had made the right choice to not continue business with Moss Bros. As I waited for an answer as to when to return the vehicle (3 more days) I noticed that they ran my credit a few more times.. lovely. Once I finally got an answer as to when to bring the car back, that whole process was a nightmare as well and I’m honestly not sure how this dealership stays in business considering the level of deceptive practices that occur there. I asked the employee Xavier to show me the appraisal form that was done on my trade-in, (which they should have on file) just to confirm how many keys we had given them.. he refused. I feel like Moss Bros. Toyota wasted so much of not only my time, but their own. I will continue to warn everyone looking to buy a car to stay away from this place and just go to Longo for a Toyota instead. I ended up buying a brand new Honda Accord hybrid from Lake Elsinore Honda for over $10,000 less than what I would have spent at Moss Bros. and am so relieved that I will never have to deal with Moss Bros. Toyota ever again!

Unethical sales staff added $22,000 to my sales contract without my knowledge
My insurance co totaled my Toyota truck and I agreed to take $20,000.00 for it. I went to several dealers and they had nothing in my price range. Went to Moss Bros as I had bought a new Honda Fit from Moss Honda before and had a pleasant experience. I was looking for a used truck. Knowing I wouldn’t be able to find anything less than $30,000. I agreed to a 2017 truck for $31,000. I figured I could finance the $11,000 and finish paying for it before I have to retire. Thinking I was financing the balance of the truck costs I signed the contract. After a few days I looked at that contract and was floored to find that they added 22,000. To the price by adding an alarm, a three year warranty and LoJack which I told them I didn’t want. These are sleazy unethical people and I am going to take them to court. I have a lawyer looking into this now. I just want to warn people not to trust this auto dealership. I am out $20,000. But I am going to do everything I can to get these extra charges removed. I don’t know how they can justify these additions without talking to me about them first. If anyone else had a similar experience please let me know.

Tried to sell me a damaged car and now that I have refused to take the car cause it has an engine light on that the already new about because the car was driven from Colton knowing it had a engine light on. This dealership is in Moreno Valley so I hope I can touch just one and it will all be worth it!!! Still No Call and No Refund. This transaction was done on Monday the 20th...Not even a call from Glenn Moss...Wow...
