SCAMMERS! BEWARE!
Total scammers. If I could give a negative review I would! Tom sold us a 2013 GMC Terrain in February 2023 and it's totally rusted out underneath from flood damage with a crack in the frame of the vehicle. The engine light came on when I was on my way home from the dealer the night we bought the car, they had me bring it in the next day & said they fixed it but I can't believe that their mechanic would have lifted our vehicle & not noticed the complete nightmare that this car is. We have also had to replace the transfer case & make various other repairs to the vehicle. In total we have driven it about 1,000 miles in the 1.5 years we have owned it. I've been told by 3 of my trusted mechanics that this car is COMPLETELY UNSAFE TO DRIVE! I even had somebody who buys & resells cars come look at it & he said he would never buy this vehicle & have somebody drive it. Tom sold this vehicle to us with our toddler there with us, he knew we would be driving her around in this!!!! I can't believe that somebody would sell a vehicle like this & act like they don't know how bad it is. When I first called telling the office lady all of this (last year) she basically say sorry for your luck. That's what this place does, make things look presentable but they're really selling you a car from an auction in Canada that they're hiding a LOT of damage about! The owner Justin refuses to call me back & won't make anything right. I can't even count how many times I've called them in the last year & a half to try to get ahold of the owner. The office lady Cindy always says she'll give him my message but he never calls back.They know exactly what they did or else he would have called back a long time ago! Don't go here if you want to be the victim of auto fraud & lose a lot of money!!!!!! I'm not the first person this has happened to either, I wish I would have read more reviews on this place before wasting my time!!!!!!!
