I don't doubt that your technicians did an "ok" job on my husbands car, however, the customer service was so poor that I will never return nor refer anyone to this autobody shop. I felt like I was being nickled and dimed the entire time and I couldn't trust whether or not what I was being told was truthful. This is not the way I want to feel about the garage that I take my car to and trust to keep my vehicle in working order and my family safe.

We pride ourselve's in Qaulity Customer Service. & communication with our customer's, Rear brake part's for you're particular vehicle were very difficult to locate & certainly hindered are ability to finish the job in A timely manner.
