Service Scheduling, Wait Times, and Processing Failures
I was highly disappointed with my latest scheduled oil change service. In purchasing my vehicle I received a "Free Life-Time Oil Package". Having this perk I have faithfully scheduled my oil changes through the Murray Hyundai Service Center. Historically, I have been able to schedule my services a week in advance (through the website) and expect my total wait time to not exceed 1 hour. In scheduling my latest appointment, however, the soonest available time-slot was 3 months away. I chalked the limited scheduling availability to labor shortages and waited my three months.

I arrived a half hour early of my scheduled time (3:30pm) I was informed by the gentleman I checked into with that wait times were expected around an hour and a half. I waited in the lobby and checked in on my car at 5:30pm. The front desk associate informed me that my car was not ready and that oil changes can take up to four hours. In about 15 minutes I watched my car driven to the outside lot and an employee bringing my key to the front desk. I returned to the front desk associate and let her know that my key was ready and I would like to sign the paperwork and leave. The associate informed me that the paperwork was not complete and she could not release the key to me. I waited another half hour and told her that I really needed to get going. She told me to speak with a service tech to see where my paperwork was. I attempted to do so, but being 6:15pm now there was a skeleton staff and no service techs outside. I returned to the front desk and let her know that I wasn't able to find anyone and that I really needed her to release my key back to me.

She finally left to search for a service tech and came back about 15 minutes later. She informed me that my service was complete and they lost my paperwork. She gave me my key, thanked me for my patience, and let me leave. In total my wait was 3+ hours (on a simple service I scheduled 3 months in advance). I did not receive my usual paperwork, inspection report, and the service center failed to report my service to CarFax (they typically do this).

While this is my first negative experience with the service center in 4 years, it has made me question whether it is worth my time and trust to continue using the service and the "Free Lifetime Oil" perk that I received with the purchase of my vehicle.

Way too slow
Nearly 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment! Plus they claim to have done a multi point inspection but never said anything about it nor was I given a paper copy of the results like I was in the past. Don't know if I can trust them.

No Follow through
We bought a car on August 26th. with a trade in. After nearly two months and numerous calls, the still have not paid off the loan on the trade in, nor have I received plates . I am now driving with an expired certificate.

Bribe to get restore didn’t fullfill
Service tech harassed me for 2 days to get a rescore for his lack of professionalism . Offered me work that service tech should of known from previous visit. And the point inspection performed T that time. I checked in at 2:55 a service tech did not come talk to me for 35 minutes. I watched 3 people get their car serviced that I was there before. I sat there for 10 minutes shy of 2 hours to be told his bride wouldn’t be fulfilled.
Don’t harass me for a restore I’m taking my business elsewhere.
