Unprofessional, poor communication and dishonest
I have issues stemming from 10/23. Yes, they are this bad at Murdock. Their finance department is dishonest on trade value and warranties. I purchased a lemon in October that Murdock was fully aware of. It even had title issues and recalls that were not resolved. I spent thousands of my own money on a warranty and repairs. Finally 3/24 was asked to trade it in. Dealership said they'd only give half the value due to title issues. Would not add the the funds I put for repairs, but, would reimburse for the warranty I had added. It's now June and I can't get anyone to honestly respond. I've emailed, called and physically gone to the dealership to speak to finance. The last response I received was accounting was working on it. This was in April. When the deal was made in March, I was told 2-4 weeks. Not months!
