Chasity said when she brought her vehicle in, they ran a diagnostic test resulting with a problem with the brakes. Upon getting her brakes fixed, they told her they would waive the $59 fee for the diagnostic testing. The 2 men from the front desk along with 4 other mechanics stood around her all at the same timeand proceeded to tell her all that was wrong with her vehicle. They quoted her $6000 to fix her vehicle. She took her vehicle elsewhere and got everything fixed for $1200, which was far less than the $6000 they quoted. They did not waive the $59 as promised. Her experience was not a good one and her advice to them is when a female comes into their business - do not try to intimidate her.
