Great and fast service
From the time, someone answered the phone till the time that I left. I had a very pleasant experience. I was greeted with a friendly voice given all the details I needed and got my car. Inspected within being there for 10 minutes. When the car was returned to me, it was done so with a huge smile and you’re all set.

Unfriendly and expensive
Quoted me basically what the car was worth in repairs, definitely just trying to make some money off of me and they charged $100 to look at the car but didn’t actually check what was causing my check engine light.

Always honest, competent.
I’ve been going to Neighborhood for years now, because they are honest to a fault, extremely capable, worked hard to address my concerns without undo delay, and although not the cheapest around, I feel I get the best value for my auto repair dollar with Neighborhood.

Truly a neighborhood gem
My first experience with Neighborhood Auto was an unexpected stop as I was driving past and my car started misbehaving. I pulled in without an appointment and they kindly looked over the engine to make sure I was safe to get home. I've used them since for consistent oil changes and small repairs and they've taken great care of me. They are honest and do not overcharge or try to upsell unnecessary services. They are friendly and straightforward.
