I have had my car serviced this past summer and was pleased with the service. However, I have tried to call the shop 5 times in the past 2 weeks to follow up on a repair and no one answers. They apparently do not have a Voice mail system set up either. Very frustrating.

Won't answer the phone
They had my truck for two weeks and won't give a status on what needs to be done or anything. Poor service. I call but it just went to the answering machine.
I have used Neubert's 3 times now and find them to be reliable and dependable. I was given a fair estimate when an expensive part needed replacement and they found a reasonable replacement in a salvage yard. This saved me thousands over the OEM part.
We always take both of our cars to Neubert's. First of all they do a great job at a fair price. Their service is excellent and is always completed when they say it will be. They don't try to talk us into anything we don't want or need. This is important because we are both retired seniors.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The mechanic took the time needed to determine the root cause of the problem, and fixed it quickly once the part came in.
Overall, the experience was good and my needs were met. However, I was given a quote for the job and when I picked the car up the bill was $50 more than what I was quoted. The gentleman behind the desk and could only offer of a good explanation of why that was true.
Neubert’s can be trusted to do a thorough job and go beyond what was originally asked.
Six-year costumer. Brought my m-Benz Sprinter RV (diesel) to Ns for periodic service. Also asked to check filters, etc., as necessary. Required maintenance promptly completed. However, filter replacement was only recommended for next service interval rather then at this visit. Ns could have replaced filters now, but did not; just the next-visit task. I would not have been any the wiser. Also, suggested other needed service for next time. Always find front desk staff pleasant and knowledgeable with very helpful suggestions or explanations. So far, had a 1970 MB 280SL, 1953 MG TD, 2010 Infinity SUV and 2014 VW Beatle conv. to shop for service and repair with constant satisfaction. Will continue to count on the Neuberts team.
