April, 2017: I purchased a new vehicle from Hilton Head Hyundai (part of New River Auto Mall) in 2011 and another new vehicle from Hilton Head Hyundai in 2013. I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, competency, and expedience of the service department staff. They've earned 5 out of 5 stars on those categories every time I've had my car serviced by them. HOWEVER... they now require that the customer sign an arbitration agreement before they will accept a vehicle for service. I most recently experienced this in December, 2016. This is a HUGE PROBLEM. I won't rule out doing business with this dealer again, but I am inclined to take my business elsewhere. 1 star until they do away with the arbitration requirement.

Service Policies
Dealership requires the customer to sign an arbitration agreement inorder to for them to work upon your vehicle .... this more than highlights their staffs inability to fix your vehicle properly because of this BS policy; I'd recommend you use Bluffton Tire & Auto.
