Poor phone skills
Called for a ballpark estimate, Steve didn't ask year, make it model, just said he must see the damage.
I kindly asked for ballpark number estimate for replacement, Steve got frustrated and said $10,000.
Needless to say I will not be taking my business there, and I recommend you doing about face as well.
