Oil change
I came to the station at 7a.m., when the service station opens, the manager was already there, I told him that my car needed an oil change & I handed him my 10 percent discount card. I went for a cup of coffee, when I came back my car was done, simple no issues.

Extended wait
Came in for an oil change and inspection. Was informed I needed new front break pads and roters. Gladly agreed to the attention provided for my vehicle however after being told it had to be ordered and would be out of there in an hour and a half... I was still there 3 hours later. The man at the desk never informed me of the delay. The break pads hadn't come in at the same time of the roters. Smh. Very poor communication.
