In and out in under 20 minutes
I came for an inspection on my 24' Altima. Was told originally it would be about an hour, but they put my car in first since I only need a safety inspection. A couple other people came in as well. They have amazing customer service and organizational skills. They know how to prioritize multiple vehicles

Inspection needed
I came in for my yearly inspection. The mechanic came out with my 2 air filters that were disgustingly dirty. He explained everything to me and changed the filters. Very pleasant staff. They moved very fast. Was out in no time. I like coming to this location for my inspections.

I only visit this shop for my oil changes and inspection. Magically my oil pan nut is stripped. This is the second car this has happened to here.

GREAT, EFFICIENT AND QUICK!
My truck broke down on a Sunday evening and I had AAA tow it to the nearest affiliate. I called the next day Monday to see what was broken and how much it was going to cost. They were through told me I needed 5 issues resolved. I asked if I had to come in and put a down payment prior to work beginning. They told me no and the truck would be ready Monday evening. Upon picking up my truck the mechanic that worked on my car approached me and shared he made sure all was well and test drove it on the highway. Excellent customer service, I’m definitely going back. As a woman I felt they took the time to explain each issue instead of trying to get over on me). Upon leaving my receipt noted 2 years of coverage on all repairs. Happy camper over here, I highly recommend this shop!

I started using Non Parson Service Center a little over a yr ago and don't regret it. Kuldeep always takes his time and explains to me what is going on; he has his mechanics show me what is wrong and once it's fixed, what they did.
