I had my classic vehicle inspected and some other work. Once again I am extremely satisfied. Especially when they explain and show you the problem or problems with the vehicle. Returning satisfied customer, I’ll be back and would definitely recommend this station.
I cannot begin to express my appreciation and my thanks to all the staff members from the manager to the mechanic for helping me today. Allow me to explain, my daughter got a flat tire while she was at St. John’s University. She called me in a panic because she needed her car to be ready for the morning so she could go to work and school. I race over to St. John’s switch cars with her and drive to the mechanic unfortunately they were closed so I proceeded to continue to drive down and then I saw the BP gas station. The time was 5:53 PM the mechanic/garage close at 6 PM. The manager immediately saw my flat and look of desperation and the mechanic who-was on his way home told me to not worry. The mechanic went back into the garage. Changed his c
into his work uniform, and basically put a new tire on my daughter‘s car for a great great price. I will from this point on be coming to this location for all my mechanic needs and gasoline needs thank you again guys.
The manager who I dealt with was very rude and unprofessional. He is also rude and does not respond to customers with a “good morning” when they say good morning to him.. all he’s concerned about is up selling and getting customers to pay more for additional services.
In addition, the tech who worked on my car was very rough. I noticed him throwing the cabin filter down on my engine very hard and he seemed very angry and disgruntled. I don’t think he likes his job.
Spoke to Diane's husband Tony. He said he's been going there for 20 years and they always do the right thing for reasonable price. He appreciates everything they do.
