Northside rescued me from a parking lot in Brockport, where my car wouldn't start.
One day last week, I left a store in Brockport and found that my car wouldn't start.. I called AAA (big mistake) and with some difficulty made it through their entirely on line process. I waited about an hour but did not even get the text that said someone was on their way. I called again and managed to get a person on the line, who told me that someone was coming from Rochester but they were not on their way yet. I cancelled AAA and called Northside, and a Northside truck and a very nice young man were there in 5 or 10 minutes. He jump started my car and I drove to Northside and got a new battery, all in less time than I had spent waiting for AAA. You guys are the absolute best, and I will never go anywhere else for service.

I have been going to Northside for years. I have never had an issue with their service or the staff. Very easy to make an appointment and always take the time to answer any questions and explain what is going to be done. As a single older woman I know can trust them to do the job right and fair with their prices.

2016 3/4 T Chevy PU
I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Northside Service. Mike listens intently to my needs and the work is executed perfectly. Besides the 4 new brakes, rotors, and emergency brake fix, and new safety inspection, the technician added air to the tires which is greatly appreciated. I might add that the total cost was very reasonable. Thanks Mike.
