Northwest Auto Specialist, Inc. is a family owned business. Imants Lauzis and his wife Terry have owned the shop since 1995.

Imants began working at the shop in 1975 while still in high schoool. Twenty years later he realized his dream of owning the shop. At that time Northwest Auto Specialist, Inc. is a family owned business. Imants Lauzis and his wife Terry have owned the shop since 1995.

Imants began working at the shop in 1975 while still in high schoool. Twenty years later he realized his dream of owning the shop. At that time they changed the name from Wolter’s Auto Center to Northwest Auto Specialist, Inc. They have been steadily growing the business since taking over ownership.

Terry works in the office answering phones, estimating, scheduling work and ordering parts. This allows Imants and his team of technicians to concentrate on providing thorough diagnostics and repairs of your vehicle without interruption. All of our technicians are ASE certified.

Our shop consists of 7 bays, one of which is large enough to accommodate motorhomes up to 35′. We have the latest diagnostic equipment and information available for both foreign and domestic automobiles.

Northwest Auto Specialist, Inc. has continued a tradition of sponsoring local youth sports programs. We believe the youth is our future. We also help sponsor the Annual All High School car show and other events. ...more
