Electric issues warning displayed on dashboard
I always get excellent service from Juan and his guys. They tell you the truth and they do impeccable, quality, work on your vehicle. Nice Service, first time with issues
I am a long time customer at Nur-Benz and love the service of Juan and the team.

This was my first experience with concerns:
1. My first attempt of addressing car needs resulted in car not being serviced due to backlog, and car being picked up by EOD. After returning car on different day, it still required an overnight stay before resolution

2. While driving him, part of the grill dislodged as if hood was closed possibly too hard during service. Driving the car to appointment this was not observed

At Nur Benz they treat you like you are special. They don’t look at you as if you are a problem customer with an issue that they don’t want to deal with. Everyone knows your name. Courtesy and friendliness is what I get with every visit. I Always recommend Nur Benz to anyone I meet.

I first came to Nur Benz (met the owner Juan) automotive shop in desperate need about 10 years ago Regarding my CL 55 AMG. I’ve been with them ever since, through three different Mercedes. Juan and his staff are extremely knowledgeable certified by Mercedes-Benz and our friendly as well as truthful about maintaining my vehicle.
