Super disappointed
So I brought my car in for an alignment. I also let the person know that there was a rattling noise up front and asked if they could assess it. After looking at it they told me that the front needed shocks and struts along with a sway bar. After I left the appt I noticed my alignment was still off. So I had my husband drive it and he said it’s actually worse. So when he called they told him that it was off they stated that after I drove off the lot the alignment is voided but with needing front end work an alignment isn’t always fixed. So why do the alignment?! What I don’t understand is I had 4 other mechanics tell me that once they knew that front in work needed to be done they should have sent me on my way without an alignment. Why did I get charged $90 with y’all knowing it wouldn’t be fixed due to front end work needing to be done?! Does this company really need my $90 that bad?! They also quoted double the price than what the other mechanics are charging.

Quick appointment to repair my brakes
I scheduled an appointment in the morning to have my brakes looked at and get an estimate for repairs. I went forward with the repairs and was back on the road by lunchtime. I sat and worked in the lobby while I waited. The staff was friendly, the repairs were finished quickly, and my car is in great shape. This was a great experience.

Quick Service - No Upsells
I know that when you take your vehicle in for service, a lot of places will try to push you to do stuff you don't really need or that you could do yourself. That didn't happen here. My truck had an ignition coil go bad and I asked them to do a diagnostic, which revealed some oil leakage as well that would have been more expensive to fix. I'd just had to replace some major things with my house so I didn't want to spend the money to fix my oil leaking yet. Tracy was so kind and gave me a quick estimate of the cost to get it safely driving again without trying to push me into buying the other repairs at all. In fact, he assured me it would be perfectly fine to drive with the leakage as long as I kept the oil levels high. Once I confirmed the work to start, it was even ready by the end of the day! I will only bring my vehicles here for service from now on.
