Great Customer Service
I had just bought a used car from a private seller and less than 30 mins of owning the vehicle, the car started over heating. I pulled over into the closest parking, not realizing it was an auto shop until Valerie came out and took a look at the car. She was very kind, offered to keep my car over the weekend and look at it Monday. The service technician did a thorough inspection and found some things that will need work down the road, but was able to fix the immediate issue very quickly. It was unfortunate that the car I had just purchased needed to be fixed so soon, but I was very lucky to have had that happen infront of Old Town Tire. They were great. I hope I never have to go back for car repairs, but should I need to, I will give them a call.

Greek customer server great staff
Today I pick up my car I have work done on it. It was the wheel bearing and an oil change. Valerie and her staff are pleasant and her staff does a well great job for a fair price. I gave these guys a 10 out of 10 that’s more like 100 out of 100 but if you guys have any trouble with your vehicles go down to old town tire and automotive Valerie and her staff will help you out. You guys are the best.🙌🏾❤️👏🏽🙂

Broke down glin front of repair facility. What a blessing in front of garage
A bad situation turned into a blessing. Driving down RIO Grande Blvd. On my way to medical appointment. Car sensor said no oil pressure turned in to Old Town Garage. Employees came out to time to look at my car oil leaking. Car not drivable. Walked in took all my information. Called later that day with diagnosis. Gave authorization for repairs waiting on parts. Called the following day car repaired. Great customer service.
