Good morning, there are out of our control to include the customers' insurance company writing a poor estimate of record. Our timeline was based off the estimate provided by the insurance company and after our 100% disassembly, there were 27 more hours of repair added and parts that needed to be ordered, and all of this needed to be authorized by the insurance company.

Opeka Auto Repair is committed to all of our customer's reguardless of make or model. All of our customer's have a choice to where they get their vehicle repaired, we have a back log of 6-8 weeks because we do things right the first time. This review of 4 stars is inaccurate of our repairs to this customer's vehicle. Scheduling is not a repair but a secured sopt to get repairs started.
