Poor service department performance
I had an appointment for an air filter, and cabin filter replacement and repair of sun roof molding. While the service advisor,Jack, was polite and friendly, he provided no updates on progress for over 2 hours. I texted him and left 2 voice mails all with zero response. I finally walked out to the service drive and was greeted by a female 0mdudsman who was terrific and helped me reach Jack. He appeared overwhelmed with volume, but that is the dealerships responsibility, not mine. It took about 30 minutes for him to cash out my car, as the work had been completed. Of course they had time to recommend over $2500. in additional repairs! The communication and time service was just awful.

PSA do not buy used
PSA!!! If I were you I would stay far away from this dealer if purchasing a used vehicle … I bought a used vehicle and first day I took the car home on the way home the a/c stoped working .. I took the car back the same day for them to say nothing is wrong with the car then I said if y’all don’t fix it I’m returning the car. What the sales representative said to me was welp you signed the contract. Can’t do anything about it me not knowing my laws I had 30 days to return it so I thought I was stuck with it and fixed it out of pocket .. then 3 months in my transmission fails and I could t even get in contact with anyone to give me my Warrenty info that was not given to me . With my contract paper work.. took me a week of calling until I gave up and drove 40 mins to physically go up there to get my information. For then I try to get my car fixed and my car sat at there dealer for a week for them to say I have to tow my car own my own expense to Infiniti to get it fixed after I had to get it towed there.. I literally was out of a car for a month with dealing with this dealer . And I had the car for 3months. The ladies on the phone have no source of customer service when a serious issue is involved and management did Not want or put effort to help or make me feel better. I was bypassed like I didn’t just put 6k down.

Greenway Hyundai very dishonest people
About a month ago I went to Greenway Hyundai and bought me a 2018 Tucson the problem is they don't fully check the cars out my left headlight had an issue they made every excuse in the book not to fix it and this is the next day after I bought it. My salesman Lucas promised me floor mats every vehicle should come with floor mats why you sell used vehicle without floor mats I don't know what they do with them when they get traded in I don't have a clue no use vehicles ever after floor mats but he promised me he get me and my daughter for her car too some new floor mats she bought her car there too point blank is they lied to me all the way around and I will never ever go back me or my daughter
