I've owned Mercedes Benz since 1994. I've serviced these cars with all the top European auto repair dealers in the greater Boise area. I feel fortunate to have establish Oscar's Automotive as the team I can rely on and trust for maintenance and repairs. We and our family's are treated as their priority, not bottom lines or numbers. I see this fact every time I'm there. Whether it be through recommended maintenance or repairs, you too will find that your safety is their goal. It's hard to trust people that are talking about things I don't know or understand. Oscars team of professionals will not only present pictures of your cars needs, but also patiently explain your options. They're true guardian angels to our community. As someone with trust issues,,, believe me when I say, "YOU CAN TRUST THIS TEAM." No matter your gender, identity, or technical knowledge, you will feel welcome and secure in your choice to not only leaving your vehicle in their most capable hands, but also the lives of your family and friends as you travel without worry.

Tried to give them my business...
Based upon the reviews I read about this business, I REALLY wanted to do business with them. I have a 2004 Mini that is need of a 120,000 mile service, so I put together a list of items I wanted serviced and/or inspected and asked for an itemized cost estimate...I know it is going to be expensive, so I wanted to prepare for the cost and get an understanding of what needed to be done NOW and what would need done soon. I just didn't want any surprises.
Oscar's got back to me right away, telling me that they were working on preparing an estimate but some items were vehicle-specific, so they needed my VIN #. I replied within 20 minutes of receiving their email and provided the requested VIN. It has been 10 days and I haven't heard a thing...I have emailed them three times, also asking them to let me know if they are too busy to do the work....still, NO REPLY! To say the least, I am very disappointed...I am trying to get my vehicle winter-worthy! I am looking elsewhere.
Oscar's...please respond to customer requests and emails!

Fixed my Mini Cooper
My first time at Oscar Automotive I was very happy such nice people and fixed my little Peppy car ? and she is running great ?. I give them 5 stars plus and when I went and picked her up she was cleaner then when I dropped her off ?? Thank you everyone. I’m very happy ?

Pleased Again with quick superior service
Came in on Wednesday late with no power steering, the diagnosed then got the special hose and I took delivery Thursday early afternoon.

My first experience with Oscars Automotive
I just bought a Smart fortwo and didn't know where to take it but found Oscars! What a wonderful and very HONEST place! They not only serviced my little car, named Button, but they also provided me and my daughter a ride home so we could wait for her in our home - John was great since the jump and Diana was a doll to take us home. My little Button is going back for a few more things to be done but I am VERY pleased thus far - thank you!
