Never welcomed
I have been there three times now because I believe in three strikes, they are out now. Each time in there I got the feeling they were doing me a favor just by being open. I always got the feeling I was bothering them. They don’t do anything any other gas station/garage does. At least at the other places I don’t feel unwelcome or a bother.

Quick, efficient, polite.
No one enjoys a flat tire. The folks at Jocks took a look at my tire, plugged it and had me on my way in 15 minutes. Chatting and smiling the entire time.

I came in for a state inspection on a very hot day. They were so kind and made sure I stayed cool inside. Everyone was friendly with hellos and small talk. Prompt and friendly service! Bonus... my car passed inspection without any issues!
