Your vehicle went through a complete disassembly for a supplement on hail repairs. Based on the cost for a proper repair, your insurance company deemed the vehicle a total loss. You opted to retain the total loss. We worked very hard to get your insurance company to pay for us to put the vehicle back together (something they normally do no cover) and explained to you in full that there are some parts and pieces that are held on with plactic clips that broke during the disassembly. These parts would normally be covered as a part of the repair process, but with a vehicle deemed a total loss they were not. Then your wife came in upset about the parts. We explained to her what had been discussed with you and offered to price out the parts for her. Unfortunately, she wanted this completed for free despite prior conversations and disclosures discussed with you.
