Great job as always
I’ve been taking my cars here since I was 16 years old. I’m 29 now. Always excellent service , communication and quality go work.

I live in Ocean Beach now and make the drive down to Chula Vista because I know I can trust these guys to give me a solid deal and great work. It’s always excellent customer service.

Today I picked up my girlfriend’s Jeep that had an a/c problem and now the a/c is like new. Couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you again Pacific Star Auto for treating me like family.

Not your typical repair shop!!!
Isaak was great. He is young but I could tell he knew his stuff. By listening to him talk on the phone and his answers to my questions I felt good about them working on my vehicle. I'll be back!!!

Reliable, efficient and friendly
I called early in the morning on Monday asked to come in for an all of sudden oil leak. They took me in, less then later I was walking out with already a partial diag. Had my car ready before EOD.

Service was punctual and courteous.

Emergency
My vehicle wouldn’t start, I called Pacific Star Auto at 4:30 pm they waited for me to arrive, since they close the shop at 5:00 pm next morning at 10:00 am I received a call from them explaining the problem that was just the battery and that my vehicle was going to be ready in about one hour.
They are very honest and very professional I would always recommend Pacific Star Auto.
