Tried to screw me over ?

I've been going here to get my oil change on my Nissan. On the 29th of July after getting my oil change. I was told that I needed a wheel bearing $530, two tires $280 and Rack Pinon $930 something to do with steering wheel. I called a friend to tell him about it and was told go somewhere else so I went to the car Dealership. Come to find out I ONLY needed the right front side of the wheel bearing and it was only $392. My point is WTF was this place on to tell me all that BS?!! I will never return there!!
