Usual, fast service. One negative thing that has happened more than once, older probably more experienced service writer very rude to younger person who is acting as a sort of valet. Kids probably in training, no need to talk to him like a jerk, especially in front of customers. I've seen it before and it's not good.

Parker is a great, no B.S. dealership.
I recently purchased a 2025 Tacoma TRD Offroad at Parker Toyota. My first contact was with Tami in sales and everything was by phone, email and text. She was great and answered all my questions promptly. She was also able to provide me with very accurate numbers to give me an idea of trades and financing. She even took the time to meet me in person and introduce herself when I went to the dealership.

The salesperson I met at the dealership was David Reynoso Jr. David handled the in person contact and test drive. Hewas very professional and authentic. Not your average high pressure (pretending to be low pressure) salesperson. We talked option and how those options changed across different trim levels. David took his time and wasn't rushed at all.

All in all, after 40 years of buying vehicles I would have to say Parker Toyota did a great job and I will definitely recommend them to friends. This was a great team from initial contact to the closed deal.
