I was in a mess. Had just concluded oral surgery, started to go home, and couldn't get my vehicle to exceed 5 to 10 mph, and even slight hills; forget it. Called Scott at Pat's Automotive. He recommended towing, to keep the vehicle condition from getting worse. The following day, Scott diagnosed a failed throttle body unit, sourced a replacement, & repaired the vehicle, ready to bring home, in one day.

Friendly Acceptance
My opening conversation was friendly and empathetic. I needed automotive service right away, brakes.
They were accommodating , understanding and knowledgeable.
They diagnosed my car thoroughly and offered sound advice.
The repairs were timely. They even wanted to help solve other outside issues.

Don't fall for the 'Can I send you a receipt by email'
Unfortunately, I can NOT give a good review. I never got a receipt by email when they didn't give me one in person. I paid for a synthetic oil change and they emailed me notices as well as put a due date to come in for an oil change 3 months later. They told me my brakes needed servicing but when I brought them to a brake specialist, I was told nothing was wrong. I will not go back and don't recommend you going to a place that doesn't tell you the truth.

Awesome Business
My husband and I can't say enough about how wonderful the service and people are at Pat's Automotive. I use Scott for both of our Mercedes and he maintains our ride on lawn mower. He has always been so professional yet friendly and we wouldn't consider using any other mechanic.
Maxine said she has been visiting them since the grandfather owned this business and then the father and now the son. She believes it was in 1964 when she met Pat. She then owned a Buick Skylark with an aluminum engine. When the firings from the experimental engine fell in to the radiator they fixed it for her. Now, she not only visits them for radiator work but for everything else as well. They are wonderful people to do business with and are just great.
Even when a emplacement part was defective, it was handed prompt

I brought my vehicle in that badly needed an oil change and it was the end of the day and Scott was more than willing to fit me in to service my vehicle for me and I appreciated he squeezed me in at the last moment and in between other appointments.
