Timely, honest, great customer service
Everyone I spoke with at Paulin's was helpful. Joe got my vehicle in quickly. I appreciate that I was given the option to drop the car off the night before. As someone with little knowledge of cars, I appreciate that time was given to explain the recommended maintenance, and that the price was honest and fair.

2011 honda
I had a tire change scheduled for Friday, on Tuesday my car broke down on Rt 1 in Scarborough. I had it towed to Paulins in Saco. I needed a new alternator plus. The team at Paulins got me all fixed up in short order. Thank you!

Great Service
Went in to get an oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection. I also asked for them to check the tire pressure.
Everyone was very friendly. They changed the oil, rotated the tires, passed the inspection, and filled my tires in under an hour while I waited.
The mechanic also topped up my windshield washer fluid without me asking. I didn't have to pay for the tire rotation because I bought my tires here previously.
As I was waiting, I saw how they knew their regular customers by name, and I really got the sense that they care about their community and will go out of their way to help their customers.
