I called Paul's to see if they could fix my brakes on a Saturday afternoon. They say bring it by and they would check it out. Paul himself checked over my truck and after a very thorough look over informed me that I needed far less than I expected. He showed me exactly what he found and showed me what we could do about it. Paul gave me a couple of price options one being a long term plan, the other a fix it just for now. They all treated me very professional and made a bad situation actually a little fun. I shoul add that they were VERY busy. I will certainly return

Flat tire
I noticed I had a flat tire when I was filling up the gas to my car, I ask Carlos to check my tire pressure and he found two nails. He suggested to get it fixed and it will be very quick. Sure enough, in about the minutes, he was able to fix my tire, for a very reasonable cost. Awesome job Carlos!!!
We've been doing business with Paul's for over 13 years and have always been treated with patience, kindness, and fairness (while explaining car repairs highly advised now and what we should be planning for or keeping an eye on). Most of the workers (both in the service station and at the counter) have worked there for years-- maybe all the years we've been doing business there! This shows that employees, too, are respected and taken care of. It is always clean and the bathroom is nice. This is a great service station where the owner and workers are genuine, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Paul's to anyone! Oh, and best car wash in Apple Valley!

Robert said he took his vehicle to this business to have a tire balanced. He had spoken with Paul and was told that it was $12 to have the tire balanced. When he took his vehicle in, an employee told him he had knocked some dirt off the inside of the rim and that the tire was balanced. He was charged $17 because he was not told about the environmental charges when he called for the quote. He had to drive about 500 miles to get home with a tire that was not balanced. He said he is not happy. If he is ever in the area again, he would not be a repeat customer. He is planning on writing to them and asking for his money back. If he needs to, he is going to write a letter to the Pennsylvania Better Business Bureau.
