No updates, no paperwork, and constant price changes. They lost my keys, overfilled my transmission fluid (causing more damage), and charged me for unauthorized work. I spent $600+ on transportation due to their delays, and when I asked for a discount, they offered a pathetic $300.
Now, my car feels botched together, runs poorly, and sounds like a motorcycle. They DO NOT care about their customers—only money. Avoid at all costs!
