It was the dang sensors the whole time!
I have had my jeep for 8 years and with multiple mechanics, ,home fix it's and Google switches - we could never figure out why it had a 'choke' - after I recently noticed a fule smell while driving brought it to Pepin Auto - it was the damn O2 sensors the whole time! She runs like heaven now and the choke is finally gone!
