Dealt with owner and not a “salesperson” . He understood my needs and took care of me. I have taken my Dodge 2500 there 4 times and been happy every time.
I finally found a diesel shop that took care of all my truck needs. Been back 4 times for various service needs.

Great knowledge of diesel care.
I've had nightmare results from the big car dealerships trying to do maintenance on my vehicles in the past. It's reassuring that I could take it somewhere. That's reliable. And you know your technician knows what he's doing. Plus a hometown business. Who cares.
