Once again, Tom and his team at Petty MotorWorks have revived
“ Sea Biscuit” (SB). Limping into the shop with the engine overheating I knew things were serious. After a test drive, I was assured it wasn’t the end. As in the past, I received visual communications of all issues and list of potential repairs along with numerous phone calls. Sea Biscuit would need some intense repair. Having their 30 point inspection program is also excellent. I knew SB was in good hands. I love their software communication system which allows for text or phone calls also the visuals of the shop technical magicians handling your baby. Moving through the repair process, I was contacted by phone text and informed of each and every repair and gone over with each item for decision
making. Tom worked with me within my budget knowing SB needed to come back to life, he did so along with his staff. SB is on the road again.
Miraculous! Petty MotorWorks is a group of incredibly superior, trained automotive, technical specialists, led by Tom the owner, sons and staff. Petty MotorWorks is a “Treasure” to behold. Thank you.

Awesome Honest and Friendly Service
I had my previous vehicle for 16 years. Two years ago, I had to get another car. I needed to find him a place to service my vehicle, since I also had moved from a different town 4 years prior. I can honestly say this business is not only professional, friendly, conveniently located, but extremely honest, which is so important I highly recommend them I trust them immensely with my vehicle, this is the second time I have used their services. They answered my questions with a smile and I ask a lot. ?

Great service!
Petty Motorworks is the best service repair station I have used in the 12 years since I’ve owned my Honda. My car runs smoothly, they are extremely knowledgeable and follow up to keep you informed all the time.Senior Tom, younger Tom, and Darren could not have been any nicer when I broke my side mirror, and they relieved my stress. Very accommodating .
I needed a tire repaired and I stopped in without a definite appointment. They fixed my tire immediately . They were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Oil Change Today
Oil change while I waited today. Appointment was for 2. Was in within a few minutes of that and out in less than an hour after my vehicle was given a once over and road test. Will be traveling next week and I'm comfortable my vehicle is good to go.

Excellent Service As Usual from Petty Motorworks
Found out yesterday afternoon while getting a flat fixed that a tie rod was about to fail on our Lincoln MKX. Was not at somewhere I'd get mechanical work done. Called Tommy at Petty Motorworks and he got me in this am. Work was done around noon including an alignment. Gave our vehicle a once over and found no other issues. This is the service and courtesy you can expect from everyone at Petty Motorworks every time.

Service is excellent
I broke down late afternoon. Spoke to Katie who was very helpful. Car had to be towed. The next day Katie called me to advise what needs to be done and called back with a estimate. That afternoon my car was fixed. Everyone was very friendly. Katie had asked me if this was my only vehicle which it is and said she would try and get repairs done ASAP. Great service.

Top Notch Service
I happen to one of the lucky people because Petty motor works it right down the street from my home. I can not say enough good about this service center. How often do you find an owner who is not only knowledgeable but a fair and decent man who is not in it to gouge the public. Tom Petty is that fair and all around Nice person! Everyone that works there is pleasant and personable and just all around good people. It very rare that you find this but at Petty Motor works you will find all of this. No I am not related to them but every single vehicle we have owned has had work done on it and all of it from Petty. At no time did I ever feel over charged and taken advantage of. Every time I am treated with respect. We just got our civic back and all is good but while my car was in the shop my husband woke up to a flat tire on his crv so he pumped up the tired drove down to Petty figuring he would take my civic and leave his car. Instead one of the men that work there came out as soon as he pulled in and fixed his tire within 15 minutes. Now where do you find that? It made my husbands day and he could not say enough good about the service and how pleasant this young man was. If you need service do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to Petty Motor Works.
My car is old - 15 years old - and yet I get the same attention as a customer with a newer car. They have kept it runnning with a minimum of expense; and I know I can have their total attention for a problem. They are great! Highly recommend them!
Just had Petty Motorworks replace the tires on my 2014 CR-V. Great service, excellent advice, and I saved over $200 versus what the dealer quoted for tires of slightly lower quality. Highly recommend Tom and his crew.
