Great timely work. Kept me up to date with progress.
I went in for a coolant leak. The staff there was really welcoming and took care of the work. They met all timelines that they talked about (by when they’d diagnose and by when they’ll finish the work).

Quick emergency help
I can’t believe how awesome every staff member was. I had an emergency tire situation and had it not been for Piedmont I would have been stranded for at least one night. They even offered to come pick me up with my tire if I couldn’t find a ride there. I had called their Gainesville location and arranged everything but accidentally went to the Haymarket location. We had a quick laugh about it and they were more than happy to accommodate my tire fix. Wish I had known about these guys years ago. Kudos and Thank You to them!

I’m impressed
In spite of it being the end of the day and the end of the month crush, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They even got my car inspected that night, and I was able to pick it up early the next morning.
