Outstanding
Once again I’m back on the road thanks to Porter Customs. My check engine light came on and the part needed would not arrive until the end of the month but Marcus had it expedited and it arrived sooner and now all is well. Great job Porter Customs.

Exemplary Service
I went Porter Customs without an appointment and the service provided was awesome, Marcus explained everything that was going on with my vehicle and made suggestions as to what needs to be done in order of priority. This is actually the first time I went to a mechanic shop and didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Thank you, much appreciated

Mercedes Benz 2013 ML350
Excellent Job Marcus and team. Once again, the crew at Porter Customs did an outstanding job on my Ml 350. The car had to be brought in because of a defected engine coil and they delivered again. The car is running like it did when we first purchased it. I am so satisfied with the professionalism at Porter Customs. Marcus Thanks.

Complete brake job needed.
The shop need a terrific job in getting me up and running fast. The problem with the car was petty much diagnosed through phone call. Marcus actually stayed late to receive my car when I had it towed to him. Video was massaged to me showing and explaining actually job. Very impressive. Car is driving much smoother and no problems. I’m happy Houston driver now.

My experience was wonderful & the work was excellent. I had to stay with my car & was treated with respect & made to feel comfortable from start to finish. The waiting area is like home. Mr. Porter explained what was happening with my vehicle & provides visual proof as well. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle there because the customer service is great & the overall atmosphere is wonderful.
