Yelled At for trying to ask a question
Honestly, They have one employee or perhaps owner named Marlon. I was trying to get a hold of this guy for the past 4 days with a question. When i finally got in touch with him he proceeded to berate me and blamed me for an issue.

I couldn't get a hold of this guy and he picks up the phone and starts yelling at me

Let that sink in

Dont go here go somewhere else

A place that should not be in business
The lack of professionalism from this place is absurd. How these borderline felons are still able to keep the lights on in this place is beyond me. Rude over the phone, rude in-person, and surprise price hikes throughout the service. If you want your vehicle still intact after a service, don’t go here.

2016 ford transit t 250
ok I brought my 2016 ford transit T250 135000 on a tow truck with a broken transmission, they charge me $500 dollar deposit to see what the problem was 4 days later they call me with a $ 3,830.00 that will be the cost to repair the transmission because they had to disassemble almost the hold front end of the car and the draft shaft told them ok. four days Later they call me to pick the vehicle up. Driving home the van had a weird vibration i thought maybe since I have not drive the vehicle for a while after 2 day of driving the vehicle couldn't even turn with a crazy vibration had to bring it back to the shop 2 days later they call me to tell me that a bushing on the draft shaft was broken everything on the van was working fine except the (transmission ) they told me that was the vehicle was old and the weight I said ok they charge me $100 dollars for it I said ok paid the money parking the vehicle on my driveway a popping noise every time you turn left or right brought the vehicle back 4 day later i call them to see if they check the vehicle they said the rack and pinion tie rod were bad. so at this point I don't want them to even touch the vehicle so went got the vehicle parked on my driveway 2 days later went to drive it service the transmission light comes on brought the van back to the repair shop since it was under "warranty" now they are saying oh someone else touch the vehicle we are not going to honor that warranty. so after 3 month of back and forward and not been able to used the vehicle and lose thousand of dollars for not been able the deliver products to my customers I decide to file a law suit to recouped some of my lost money since I will have to pay another mechanic to do the job the right way

Crooks
I was charged for a rebuild transmission and new parts. Paid in full and car still disnt work. Had another mechanic look at it. Trans was not rebuilt and parts that were used were feom a junk yard and not new as i was charged for new parts. Confronted the owner Moe and he got loud and very nasty, strated hitting his own head like a lunatic and cursing at me. Dillon the manager lies with a straight face and is a con man

They do not honor their Warranties
I took my car here for a transmission rebuild, that went from $1,400 to $2,300. Transmission went out it less than three weeks after picking it up. This place is now saying I have to pay for labor. Dishonest scammers.

Do not honor their Warranties

Highway Robbery
After Googling for a transmission place to fix my 2002 Trooper's transmission I found this place, first time I called spoke to a James, he was very pleasant and convincing, they had a special of $1,385 and the towing was free (not)! The tow was real fast. After they supposedly diagnosed the car the price went up to $2,350, I agreed and had them fix it. My advice if they ask you how you will pay, never volunteer to pay cash. You can always dispute a charge on a credit card if the job wasn't satisfactory. They told me that the car was ready, I went to pick it up. On the way home from the shop a/t oil temperature light came on. Pulled over for an hour or so until things cooled down then went home. Next day I called, all that pleasant James became nasty James, however they told me to bring the car back. Had it towed there, after a couple days they told me that they ran diagnostics and told me that it was the alternator and for the price of $455 they would fix it. I refused, picked up the car, found a new one for $93.00 and put it in myself. Soon after the car stopped going in reverse, took it back to them. Two weeks or so later they (James) toold me that they were waiting for a part (valve body). They finally called me yesterday (May 29th) and told me that the car was ready. When I went there to pick up my car they had the ignition, steering covers and bunch of stuff ripped apart telling me that the ignition lock was broken and needed to be replaced (they called a locksmith which I assume either friend or family) yep you guessed it at a rate of $450. I had my car towed home, the part costs $45 - $50 bucks.
THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AT $450 - $500 AT A TIME. Oh by the way, they wanted $550 to start the job in the first place.
STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!

Unfortunately Mo...
Unfortunately initially this would have been a 5 star rating, but after a few months and figuring out that they recieved funds that the employee Mo wouldnt credit to my account I feel as if I have been robbed. The lack of professionality, and education, from Mo was appalling and rude and the fact that they have recieved an additional $200 and refused to honor or credit it to my account was about as low as you can get with customer care, and when I asked to speak to his boss or the owner of the business he responded with, and I quote, "there is no number for him and he does not even speak to him" so there is no chance to speak with him. Also they had already received an additional $300 payment that they made me drive an hour and a half to go pick up the check and refused to mail it to me or pay to the finance company directly. Remember funds that they had already deposited to their account cleared and in full. So due to the lack of professionalism and respect for their paying customers, I repeat a customer who has paid in full and more, I warn all those who think about using this repair shop to stop and go elsewhere, even in an emergency, broken down right outside their business, I would never go back and I emplore other potential customers to stop turn around and run before you are robbed as well....

Very helpful
They are very helpful. I had a couple of issues with my transmission after they fixed it. They took it right back and fix the issues. They quoted for one price before they seen the van. It was more when they recived the van. There was more damage to the transmission then they thought. The manager and the girl in the office are very nice and helpful.

Horrible customer service
The mechanics are top notch professionals, but I will never go back to Precision Auto again because of the customer service up front who treated me like an idiot. If possible, if there is audio recorded in the waiting room I suggest it be played back and it will be obvious that this guy was degrading and treated me disrespectfully. I understand pressure, I also work an extremely stressful job in the city, but there was no excuse as to why he seem to insist on picking fights with me.
On Tuesday December 5th I went to Precision Auto because there is a bumping coming from under our car. I told the manager it sounds like the struts are going bad. Precision Auto had replaced the front struts in June and I assumed the parts were defective. Right away he had an attitude, one of the first things he said to me was that I can’t cut in line in front of other customers. I couldn’t seem to get across to him that he didn’t have to look at the car now, but to simply let me know when. This is our only automobile and I cannot just leave it and come back later. I needed to know when he can look at it. Finally I got an answer, bring it in 11 AM the next day. I just brushed this attitude off as him having a bad day.
I brought the car in at 10:50 AM Wednesday December 6 for him to look at it. Once again, I explained that it sounded like the struts have gone bad. He went on to explain that he had to pull all the background history on the car and see what they had done in the past. In the past year, Precision Auto has done a lot of work on this car, alternator, starter, front-struts, heating system, and sway bar links. Maybe other work I which I don’t recall.
He started to cop an attitude when explaining to me that they installed the best struts available. Also, complained that he had to pull all the paperwork on the car, as if that was a problem. Then started questing me why I said it sounded like the struts. I said because I used to do mechanic work many years ago and the bumping sounded like struts. He started berating me because, come to find out I incorrectly diagnosed the problem. I told him flat out, forget everything I ever said and just tell me what is wrong with my automobile. I must point out, that the first time the struts were bad I brought the car to Precision Auto and asked them to specifically check the front struts. They were bad.
That’s when he started calling me “mister mechanic”, and I warned him to stop calling me that. He took me into the shop and had a mechanic point out the worn bushing that was causing the noise and with a belittling attitude made sure that I knew that I wrongly diagnosed the issue. Then he turned to the mechanic and said give the customer back his car and get him out of here.
I treated him respectfully, but did start losing my temper when he could have simply told me the problem wasn’t the struts after all, but a worn bushing. I did not call him names, nor did I leave yelling and cursing. I simply walked away. As long as this customer service person is there I will never go back to Precision Auto again.

Auto Care and Diagnosis
Let's start. Brought car in for a check engine light. Car producing lean code picked up by the cars oxygen sensors. Told there was no vacuum leak. Changed my fuel filter and pump. Check engine light still on. That said no vacuum leak. Yea right....?. Went to dealer after they worked on the car. All they had to do was check a broken hose on top of car it was so visible. I would of found it myself. Don't go to this station they are nice will work with you but their diagnostic skills are misleading. I DO NOT Reccommend them at all for computer diagnostics. Go elsewhere........ Don t go here. This fix on my car was so visible and apparent it's stupid. Don't waste your monet

Excellent service every time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I have been using Precision Auto repair for over a year now, and every time they get the job done fast, right, and at a great price. I would, and have recommended them many times. It's hard to find a great reliable garage, but I'm glad I found Precision Auto.

Horrible. Service
My husband got his transmission rebuilt by them, paid over $3000 for the repair. A few months down the line the transmission began to act up and my husband returned it to get looked at. Moe, the manager of this facility had been ducking and dodging all of my husband's calls until finally we just took the car there. After much back and forth with the manager about the warranty that was clearly in our favor, he said he would take a look at it. A week later we picked the car up and he said the problem had nothing to do with the transmission but there was an issue with the catalytic converter. We took it to another shop who advised us that there would be no affect to the transmission because of any catalytic converter issues. Now the car can only drive in reverse, and it still remains a transmission issue. My husband is still under warranty and the manager is still giving him a difficult time about looking at the car. This business claims they're legit, but they are just as sheisty as many other auto companies.
