Best service I ever recieved
The best service I ever received on a very basic fix. On my mail route. Got in and out and was about finish my mail route. I am very thankful to know there are truthful and honest people still around and this shop is one.

Honesty is the best policy!
I wanted to take the time to write this review and to thank Frank at Precision Engines for his honesty and quick work. I brought my 2007 Nissan Frontier in to have the clock spring serviced. It was replaced back in September of 2020 but the air bag light came back on. When I stopped in to see if it was still under warranty Frank quickly looked it up and contacted the dealership from which it was purchased. He said it was still under warranty and would have the part in about a week.

I made my appointment for 9:00 the following week and I arrived early. Frank immediately brought the truck in and started to work on it. It took longer than I anticipated but that was because Frank was the only one in the shop and handling deliveries and writing up an inspection too. All in in all I was pleased with the amount of time it took as he kept me informed as to how much longer it would be.

Now for the honesty part! When he was finished I asked how it was for the job and he told me it was not going to cost me anything as the dealership would be paying him for the job. He could have easily told a reasonable figure and I would have paid it. It was truly a blessing bringing the vehicle to Precision Engines even though I live an hour and forty minutes from their shop.

Great Job Frank.

Stains on seat
Dropped my car off for an estimate, got charged for an inspection, then when I picked the car up there were grease stains on the drivers seat. There’s an actual hand print of grease
