While we strive for thoroughness, ensuring we deliver the best service possible. You brought your vehicle in to diagnose a transmission problem. We confirmed you did have an internal transmission issue and it needed to be replaced. When we scanned for fault codes there were codes P0303- Cylinder 3 Misfire & P0300 Multiple Cylinder Misfire present. We switched # 3 & # 4 Ignition Coil to see if the Misfire would change Cylinders and it did change to Cylinder # 4 Misfire. At that time we reccommended a tune up consisting of spark plugs & ignition coils which you declined the repair. If you have any additional concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
