Oil change

On 2-03-25 I went to Primary Auto for an oil change. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a courteous smile from the lady at the counter...The mechanic who did my oil change pointed out to me a couple other things I would need done to my car. Handed me a printout if exactly what they were.. I would highly recommend Primary Auto Care.

Amazing Repair Shop

I just had my truck serviced for the first time from Primary Auto Repair after having been disappointed with my former Service company Firestone. They put a new clutch into my truck and some other problems that they had pointed out to me by video. I was so impressed with their service, that I felt compelled to tell everyone about them, on Mothers' Day. I would strongly suggest that if you have any car or truck issues, that you try theme out. Their prices were better than fair.

Friendly professional and fair priced

When I first went to Primary Care I was a bit apprehensive because I had an older car with a lot of problems. Not only did they fix it to practically brand new they also came in $100 cheaper than the quote they gave me... twice. I have never had that happen. Not to mention they are extremely customer service oriented. Jeff calls, texts, and emails customers regularly to keep them updated and even sends YouTube videos of repairs progress. Always super friendly and professional. And more than fair on quotes and prices for jobs. Great group of people. Highly highly recommend.

Scam/Horrible Business??

Horrible expierence: so i ordered a groupon for a "Full Synthetic Oil Change" as opposed to the conventional, etc. and when I showed up, the dude just tacked on $15- so whatever right? I make an appointment for the next day, show up, the guy now says it's an extra $35 (on top of the groupon, etc. which I already purchased). Guy never called the correct phone number I gave his assistant (while he was on the phone, saying he does more than tires now- maybe he should stick to tires...) and didn't even have it in stock, on the scheduled day, and tried charging me more, after he charged me more after I paid groupon. He said he wouldn't take a $15 hit- his reputation is worth less than $15.... there's really nothing you can say to that to be honest. I own 7 businesses, i tried to explain if you screw up that badly, just swallow the $15- but no. Sorry. Horrible business ethic- I honestly wasn't mad, just as a multiple business owner, disappointed, in the way he does business (the operations) and the way he handles customers when he makes a mistake or 3 (the customer service). Always scared with mechanics- a bunch had a wonderful experience but.... be prepared for BS "along the way" with this one. He's now banned from groupon... for a reason. Didn't even try to make it up- a reply at this point, when given every opportunity thus far, is mute. This is the guy that will throw you off on appointments and mid repair over "$15" because he, and i quote "won't take a loss". Good luck :D

Great business will 100% return

Had a tire that was leaking air. Primary care went out of their way to make sure the repair was done right and for the least amount of money. Also had an oil change done at the same time which was done very quickly. The receptionist Ashley was great to talk to and made the process smooth. I highly recommend primary care auto repair to everyone!

Cleared up some real issues

The group at Primary Care always take the time to identify what's wrong and find the best solution for your budget and problem. Our car had some issues from old changes at other vendors. All was remedied timely and effectively.

Had a good experience

Brought my car in to have my oil changed. It was done on time and promptly.
They also tested many points of my car. Found there was water in the brake lines. They showed it to me.
I had them change the fluid and they did it the same day so I wouldn't have to bring the car back.
Saved me a lot of time.

They went above and beyond ....

I've had Jeff take care of several of my car's service needs in the past. On Monday he resolved a long-standing AC issue that I had received conflicting information on from different people on over the last two years. He spent a great deal of time looking things over to trouble-shoot and rule out any issues I was told I had. Ashley is a pleasant and welcomed addition to their staff. She's friendly, helpful, cooperative and patient with (a then) frustrated customer like myself. Thank you, both, for all your help:)
