We are unable to control their time schedule and parts availability. The hour of testing time allows our technician to drive the vehicle, research known issues and see if there are any repairs that are available before just suggesting a reman transmission.   

We always try to treat our customers as we would like to be treated. That includes our suggestions on parts and manufacturers for replacement to ensure you get the most for your money. Jasper sets prices on parts that you can look up online. We list all Jasper parts at THEIR list price.
